resolutions...




I actually have a lot of resolutions, but I am going to start with the basics here.
Last January I officially became a non-smoker so that was a pretty big accomplishment for 2009. I want to focus this year on becoming a more healthy person...drinking water (cutting out soda), eating a healthy diet (less junk & eating out), using my Bowflex tread climber - it is an awesome workout! and doing yoga at least once per week. I think many other things will fall into place if I have a more healthy lifestyle!
