We had chicken enchiladas tonight...I'll have to share that recipe soon, it's a really good one. Then for dessert I made snickerdoodles...there's just something about a spicy Mexican meal followed by something sweet with cinnamon. I was going to drizzle them with white chocolate, but after I tasted them I realized there was no need. They are amazing..find the recipe here.
